Design Confirmation
- The design director will personally provide 1-3 preliminary sketch proposals.
- Clients confirm the style, offer modification suggestions, select fabrics, colors and detailed craftsmanship.
- Sign a customization agreement and pay the full amount.

High-end Craftsmanship
- The professional artisan team in the studio will create patterns, embroider, sew and complete the craftsmanship details by hand.
- Arrange 1-2 fittings (either online remotely or offline experience, with guidance provided).

Delivery and After-sales Service
- Deliver the completed garment to the client or arrange home delivery (domestic).
- Provide fine-tuning services to ensure a perfect fit.
- Offer dressing suggestions and media display support for special occasions (such as red carpet interviews).
